I had never been under so much work pressure or stress than at that time. Enter Jill Burns! Jill immediately showed her value to the group by working with us to develop a cohesiveness that was in retrospect missing from our team. She quickly broke down barriers between team members, improving communication and smoothing the way for actions to take place. Jill was an integral part of our team and as much responsible for our success as any one of us.
