My Story: Finding the Blind Spot
At age 27, I experienced a personal transformation that dramatically altered the trajectory of my life.
During a simple exchange with my own coach, I hit a blind spot I didn't know I had. It became painfully apparent that I was living inside a script where I blamed my mother for my life not turning out the way I wanted.
This epiphany was life altering for me. I instantly knew what had to shift… ME. I took responsibility—not just for that relationship, but for all of them. I stopped being a victim of my circumstances and became the author of my future. I've been on an upward trajectory ever since.
Testing the methodology at scale
That single moment of transformation dictated the rest of my career. For the next 13 years, I worked as a staff member for Landmark Worldwide, one of the largest personal development companies in the U.S., eventually managing a center of 11 staff and 250 volunteers.
In 2005, I took this transformational methodology into the corporate sector. For over five years, I served as a Senior Performance Consultant on global oil & gas projects. My role was to bring this exact framework to senior executives and global teams navigating multi-billion dollar projects across Canada, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Alaska, and Norway.
I've since partnered with leaders in multi-diverse businesses around the world to shift how their teams operate, communicate, and execute.

As a pioneer in personal transformation, I have served as an educator, management consultant, and executive coach. My mission today is simple: to empower executives and organizations to write their own future, rather than be limited to a future thrust upon them by history or circumstance.
